Green tea with fresh mint, Ginger tea (my favorite), Lemon water, and Lemon tea (it can be red tea with squeezed lemon or green tea with lemon).

2. Reduce All Sugar

Sugar is bad for your health, teeth, and brain function. It’s recommend that you replace it with raw organic honey. Consuming sugar will make it difficult to detox your body, and lose weight.

3. Increase The Time Between Meals (Intermittent Fasting)

You don’t have to go one meal every 24 hours, but you can have a gap of 8 hours between each meal. You can also have a detox drink one hour before your meal, this will help flushing and cleansing the toxins out of the liver and kidneys.

4. Drink Warm Water With Salt

Add a bit of salt (On a large glass of water add 1/4 of tea spoon) to warm water and drink it on an empty stomach, this will help cleansing the body. You should only drink one glass a day in the morning on an empty stomach.

5. Eat food that is easy to digest

Add mashed potatoes, Salad, and fruits to your diet. You can also try to replace the food with fruit cocktails, which is a lot easier to digest.
